There being no objection, it was so ordered. 2001-02-05 House Journal Page 0243 Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Berkowitz: Page 1, line 1, following "number" (title amendment): Insert "and citizenship" Page 1, line 11, following "residency": Delete "and citizenship [" Insert "[AND CITIZENSHIP" Representative Berkowitz moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Ogan objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
